However, I have been doing some cooking over here that I thought I would share.
I realized a while back that ALL of my meals went something like this recipe...
Taco Soup:
- Packet of taco seasoning
- Packet of Hidden Valley ranch
- 1 lb. of ground beef, browned and drained
- Various cans of your favorite beans (I use 2 cans kidney beans, 1 can black beans, 1-2 cans crushed tomatoes, 1 can corn, maybe a can of pinto beans, maybe a can of garbanzo beans if Sam isn't looking...)
I couldn't remember the last time I had cut up an onion or minced garlic. It is time. So I found some yummy new recipes that both include some of our favorite foods - pasta and spinach!
These are both pretty easy recipes. Ok, not as easy as dumping the cans in the crockpot. But they are delicious. My husband thinks I'm awesome. Life is good.
