July was another exciting month, full of activities every day!
Spoiler Alert: Way too many pictures in this post. :)
| Lipscomb had its 4th of July celebration with lots of inflatables and activities for kids as well as fireworks. It was hard to get a good pic - Eli was moving non-stop! |
| Oh, and he got his first tattoo. At Lipscomb! He picked it out and was so proud of his mouse tattoo. |
| We celebrated on the 3rd of July with my parents, grandparents, uncle and cousin. |
| I love that they are big enough to sit side by side in their high chairs. Life with 2 little ones is hard sometimes, but they are playing with each other more and more each day, so I know things are about to get easier! |
| Cousin Kaleb, Great Uncle Darson, and little Miss Kate |
| Swimming with Aunt Keke |
| My dad has gotten my children hooked on Sesame Street youtube videos. |
| Ready for the fireworks! (Except both kids panicked with the loud noises!) |
| Happy 4th! |
| A pretty decent family pic! :) |
| Highlight of the 4th of July weekend??? I got in the attic and got out all of my old Little People toys and cleaned them. Eli is as in love with them as I was! |
| Haha. Sam took Eli on the train at the zoo! Fun! |
| I'm a little embarrassed to post this, but I am just so proud that I still fit in my wedding dress after 2 kids, especially with just having Kate 7 months before. We found my dress over the weekend and realized that we never took it to get it cleaned! So now, my dress is cleaned and boxed up! |
| So much fun that Eli fell asleep swinging! |
| The beginning of "pee-pee" prizes. Here's hoping that Eli will be potty trained by the end of this month! We are moving slow and steady with this process! |
| We went to Deer Run camp to see where Kelly works. It is awesome there! I can't believe she has worked there 3 summers and I just now got to go visit for the first time! |
| Holla!!! |
| Sam and I are about to take on the slide! |
| Fun at the beach! |
| On the Blob |
| Katie-girl had a blast! |
| What a great day! |
| Sam, Eli, James, & Andrew had a guys' night! Kate and I stayed home and painted our toenails! |
| Kate's first ride on the merry-go-round! |
| She can stand for such a long time now! She is growing up too fast! |
| A trip to the Mennonites and to see Mema and Pepa in Monterey |
| A trip to Murfreesboro |
| Eli had a blast! |
| Trying on Grandaddy's glasses! |
| And we ended the month with a trip to the zoo. We are exhausted from such a busy month! |
We are exhausted from such a busy month! August, of course, will be even busier - the college students move back in starting TONIGHT! The RAs are moving in this evening, and they leave for RA retreat tomorrow. Fall semester will be in full swing before we know it!
