Mi Familia

Here is what we have been up to lately:

The last day of school involved "painting" with shaving cream. These guys were smelling like manly men all day. :)

We celebrated Mimi's birthday with a from-scratch Italian Cream Cake made by me! It was delicious! Thanks, Pioneer Woman, for the recipe!

Little Miss rolled over for the first time!!! And she is about to cut 3 teeth. Check out the droolage.

Chilling with Dad

Eli pushed Kate around in the walker at my parents' house.

Then it was "Eli Turn."

Eli had a growth spurt. In his feet only??? At his 2 year apt., we found out that Eli is in the 15-20% for height and weight.

My kiddos like to play together! I'm so thankful!

Eli put on his shoes. ALL. BY. HIMSELF. First time he ever did so successfully. They may be on the wrong feet, but who cares!?

Eli discovered a love for Play-Doh. Mommy discovered that Play-Doh is messy and hard to clean up.

Eli is learning to for real play. All his toys are facing the barn. He has one fireman that is "telling" everyone else what to do. I love watching him get creative and play pretend!

Kate discovered her love for the Exersaucer. It reminds me a lot of someone else's love for the Exersaucer.
See? He loved this thing! Do I have the hap, hap, happiest kids ever or what!?!?
Life is good. Happy Monday!
