A Heart Healthy Lunch

Black Bean Burgers

I made this lunch for us at the beach one afternoon last week!

A frozen black bean burger with sliced avocados, organic ranch dressing, and whole wheat bread with a side of blueberries and mango.

Next time I am going to try to make them from scratch, though!

A perfect lunch! Sam, Eli, and I loved it!
